The Internship Program aims to support the development of exceptional and creative individuals with ambitions and potential. The Foundation's qualified team supports the beneficiaries of the Internship Program in an individual and unique way.
Who we are looking for?
The Internship Program is addressed to people who work in the catering business on a daily basis and want to develop their skills. Each candidate interested in participating in the Internship Program will be assessed as for:
- Aptitude and skills
Our interns should stand out as to their talent and readiness to work in the field.
- Professional and language skills
As for the cooks - the basic catering skills are an important criterion in selecting our interns – as well as the practical knowledge of English (the internship will take place in a foreign restaurant)
- Willingness to develop
A passion for work, an open mind, and creativity are essential qualities to get the most out of the Internship Program.
- Age
We are looking for adults.
Support offered
The Internship Program provides ambitious interns with work experience and personal development by offering development, social, and financial support on their way to success.
- Financial and organizational support
The Foundation organizes the stay: covers full costs of travel, accommodation, and meals during the Internship Program.
- Linguistic support
Depending on their level and needs, our interns will be provided with the linguistic support.
- Individual Internship Supervisor
Every intern will have an experienced person assigned who will support their development throughout the Internship.
- MENTORING
Support from individual expert depending on the intern's needs. The mentors will include specialists in their field, true authorities.
